Please note : Our plans cover quick technical tasks—small visual tweaks, light plugin setup/customization, minor CSS/JS fixes—the kinds of jobs your designer or developer shouldn’t have to pause big work for. Larger projects such as full redesigns, new page builds, changing core site functionality, or executing detailed SEO reports sit outside our scope and are best handled by your design, development, or marketing agency. We’re happy to coordinate with them, keep the site stable with backups/staging, and implement safe technical changes while they lead the heavy lift.

Money-Back on Emergency Fix
If we can’t meaningfully fix the issue (or provide a working workaround) within the included Emergency Fix time, you don’t pay—simple as that. We’ll tell you upfront if extra time is needed and only proceed with your approval.

We can do this only if your site’s domain name changes (for example, moving from oldsite.com to newsite.com). You can’t transfer a subscription to a completely different website—you’d need a new plan for that site.
No notice required. Simply cancel renewal before it’s due in your My Account area. Your plan will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
Yes, plans renew automatically unless you cancel. You can update or remove your payment card anytime through your My Account dashboard.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. For example, use the Growth plan this month, then switch to Starter next month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we’ll charge only the pro-rata difference. If you downgrade, the new plan starts at the next renewal—no pro-rata credit is issued.
Go to your My Account page, select your active subscription, and click Cancel Renewal. You’ll still receive service until your current period ends.
Your site remains fully yours. We remove our access, stop monitoring, and leave backups intact on your hosting or your cloud destination if configured. You can rejoin anytime.
We currently accept PayPal for all transactions. Support for credit and debit card payments is coming very soon. Once enabled, you’ll be able to pay securely with any major card right from checkout. We never see or store your full payment details—everything is handled safely through our trusted processors.
Yes. Emergency Fix: refund if we can’t deliver a working result in the included time. Care Plans:30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first billing cycle.

No. Our plans work with any host. For revenue-critical sites, we may recommend our managed stack, but it’s optional.
We combine better hosting/config, caching & asset tuning, image optimization, and smart CDN rules. Note: themes or heavy page-builder designs can be the limiting factor—major design changes may require your dev/design agency. If our Emergency Fix can’t move the needle as promised, you’re covered by our guarantee.
